It has the sharpening power like a whetstone, but the sharpening method is as easy as a simple sharpener.
Simply slide between the V-shaped whetstones placed at the optimum angle and sharpen the entire edge evenly and quickly.
Fits both Japanese and overseas knives.
How to Use:
1. Choose an adapter or whetstone according to the type and condition of your knives. Mix and match the left and right side
2. Attach the whetstone to the adapter, and place it in a V-edge groove into the V-edge.
3. Hold the knife horizontally and place the front part of the blade between the V-shaped whetstone. Pull out the knife while sliding across the grindstone at an angle of about 45°. Repeat this 10-20 times.
If it is rough sharpened, then sharpened with a finishing stone for a sharper edge.
