Gedore Unit-Drive (UD Profile)

The Gedore Unit-Drive profile prevents the "round turning" of screw heads thanks to a wave profile without pointed or sharp edges on the ring spanner. The attachment surfaces on the screw are thus enlarged, which leads to a safe torque transmission. The even distribution of force on the sides of the screw head ensures a reduced notching effect and even worn screw heads are safely released by the gentle torque transmission. Thanks to the optimal force distribution, up to 20% higher torque can be transferred.

Matt chrome finish

The matte chrome plating of the Gedore ring spanner offers the user several advantages. On the one hand, the user is not dazzled when used outdoors, and on the other hand, a non-slip surface is created, which allows even use with oily hands. In addition, an additional layer of nickel is applied before chroming, which together with the chrome offers optimal protection against corrosion.
