1. Our wig is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material, it can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair pin less than 120℃.
In general, the suitable temperature is about 70-90 °C, as too high temperatures will permanently damage the hair.
2. Our wig product cannot be dyed. As there is no hair skin that can maintain the colour for a long time and the hair cream inside is rinsed off. The wig cap cannot be washed.
3. Steps to wear the wig:
a. Comb gently with wide-pointed comb.
b. Put on the wig cap.
c. Put on the wig, adjustable inner mesh buckle.
d. Keep the wig in place.
4. Wig cleaning and care:
Detangle the hair with a wide tooth comb.
Put shampoo in cold or warm water.
Soak for 1-3 minutes.
Rinse with water.
Dry with a towel.
Shake the wig gently to regain its style, and then air dry.
5. Hair loss and tangling. Problem:
All wigs shed and tangled easily, especially when you wear them for the first time, which is normal.
Please use a wide comb to comb the hair, comb from end to root, then the wig will not shed or tangled.

6. Hairstyle and color problems:All wigs are cut by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from different batches.
You can restyle the wig base according to your needs. Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
