If your laptop is built with one gpu only.

In most case the gpu below support should support dp 1.4:

• The integrated gpu of 11th,12th,13th gen intel cpu
• The NVIDIA gpu
• The integrated gpu of 10th cpu or earlier support dp 1.2.

If your laptop is build with dual gpu or other gpu,please ask us or the laptop manufacturer to confirm that.

PLEASE NOTE:1. Mac OS does not support MST, the docking station could only support to extend one monitor, the other monitors could only copy the monitor you extend.

2. For Windows OS, only 3 monitors will work at the same time, since Intel Graphic Card only supports 3 monitor display,so one of the four screens (including laptop screens) will not be displayed(BLACK SCREEN).
