About 1.5mm thick, a unique tightly woven backing provides cushioning against damage.
APPLICATION: Simple! Just peel off the backing paper (note the patch is more flexible once this stiff backing paper is removed), then press down the patch over the damaged area. You can use the item straightaway. The bond strengthens over 24 hours. ●Make sure the patch is big enough to cover the damage and still have smooth, stable surface beneath to bond to. ●Check the area is dust-free and dry. ●When applying on an area subject to a lot of friction, make sure the edges are positioned where they are least likely to be subject to constant rubbing. Take care over bumpy seams and folds; a patch should follow the contours of the fabric beneath. When the item is in use, pressures exerted on a poorly applied patch may put undue stress on the bonding. ●MastaPlasta products use an amazing water-based toxin-free adhesive. Designed for one-time application. Not suitable for machine-washing. ●To clean: wipe with damp cloth.
