How to use:
Turn the Pulse Oximeter on, put one of your fingers into the silicone hole of the oximeter. Keep your body still at the oximeter begins to work for about 8s before displaying your SpO2 and pulse rate. The oximeter will automatically fall into standby or sleep mode after 10s seconds without a finger in it.
- Make sure the sensor lenses on both sides of the finger receptacle are clean. You can clean them with a lint-free cloth and eyeglass cleaner. Please make sure your figure fully covers the sensor lenses on both sides.
- Please note if your finger is wet, cold, or has nail polish, it may impact the oximeter reading. If the oximeter cannot read, please dry and warm your hand and remove the polish to read again.
- Do not operate the unit if it is damp or wet because of condensation or spill. Avoid using the equipment immediately after moving it from a cold environment to a warm, humid location.
- If it is placed on a finger where fingernail polish is applied to the nail, remove the polish, or try turning the oximeter sideways on the finger so it doesn’t go through the fingernail. Make sure the finger is clean, and holds it still will be trying to get a reading.
- SpO2 measurements may be adversely affected in the presence of high ambient light. Cover the sensor area from direct sunlight (with a towel, for example) if necessary.
- The screen of this product has a protective film, which can be peeled off carefully with fingernails, fine needles, and toothpicks. It is not a scratch problem.
