How long should I wear the back posture-corrector?
For the first couple of days, we recommend wearing it 30 minutes- 1 hour off a couple of times per day. Just to get used to it.
Gradually increase that over time and wear it for longer periods.We typically see positive at least 14 days or longer.
Please Note: The posture support brace at first may feel uncomfortable. In that case try to find a more comfortable position by pulling your shoulders back.
And it will require some time for you body to adapt.
The back muscles will gain a long-term memory for keeping the correct position , you will form a habit of keeping your posture straight.
You’ll become straighter, and the uncomfortable feeling will decrease over time.
