    Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included with the purchase of MagGo Magnetic Wireless Charger (Pad). For the best charging experience, we recommend using a Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger with an output of 20W or highher.

  • Is this charging pad compatible with Android phones?

    Not compatible with Android. The charging pad is designed fordevices with magnetic wireless charging, available only in iPhone 12 and later models. IFor optimal Qi2 15W charging, the device must be an iPhone 12 or newer, running on iOS17.2 or later.

  • Can a phone case affect wireless charging?

    For the best wireless charging experience, we recommend using Apples official magnetic phone cases. You should avoid cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-maginetic cases, as they may affect charging efficiency.

  • Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?

    It's normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially dluring intensive use, such as long gaming or streaming sessions. However, it complies with initernational safety standards including EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1, ensuring safe usage.
