One size doesn't fit all, because not all bodies emerge from a one-size-fits-all box, we designed our compression sleeves to fit bodies of all shapes and sizes.

The right size is a prerequisite for all efficacy.

Please take a look at our sizing chart and measure your circumference based on our instructions.

• Measure around your bicep (4"/10.16cm ABOVE the centre of your elbow joint).

Keep in mind that our sizes are based on average compression pressure, but each sleeve can expand up to 60% more than the original diameter listed.

If you are between sizes, choose the lower size for extra compression and upper size for reduced compression.
