Simply clear the area of loose dirt and debris, align the edging to your desired area, and use a rubber mallet to pound the anchoring stakes (included) into the ground. The traditional no-dig edging is flexible enough to create tight circles around trees and the patented No-Dig L-shape design eliminates damage from digging into tree and plant roots. The 1.5-inch-high recycled plastic edging is strong enough to withstand a string trimmer and retain pine needles, lava stone, river rock, cedar, plastic, wood mulch, and more.
