Note:

1. High-pressure clamps offer excellent anti-loosening properties, but these may diminish with repeated disassembly. Minimize frequent removal to maintain performance.
2. For safety and durability, apply a small amount of lubricant to the bolt threads before tightening. Use a wrench or low-speed screwdriver to prevent overheating. Avoid using pneumatic tools.
3. Tighten both T-bolts evenly. Fully tightening one side first can lead to screw breakage or band deformation.
4. The product is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, which retains slight magnetic properties.

To ensure you choose the correct size, it’s important to measure the hose's outer diameter accurately.

• When the hose is connected to a fitting, it may expand slightly. Therefore, we recommend measuring the outer diameter of the hose while it is connected and swollen to select the appropriate hose clamp size.
• If a sleeve is added to the hose, include the sleeve's thickness when determining the correct clamp size. The formula is: Hose clamp size = hose outer diameter + (sleeve thickness * 2).
• For example, if the hose's outer diameter is 32 mm and the sleeve thickness is 2 mm, the calculation would be: 32 mm + (2 mm * 2) = 36 mm. In this case, a hose clamp with a size of 36-39 mm would be appropriate.
