Cleaning Tips for Yoga Mat

If the yoga mat gets dirty, you should clean it. Or you are an active yoga practitioner,you should deep clean yoga mats at least once a week.

Method 1: Use some mild detergent in water, and soak a rag or soft sponge in water, therwring it out and wipe off yoga mat - Do not use any kind of coarse scrubber as these wildamage yoga mat.

Method 2: Use a mild detergent in warm water. Submerge a yoga mat in a bathtuband allow it to soak for 30 minutes. And then rinse the mat with cleanwater. This will help remove any residue from the soap and minimize the riskof a slippery
