  • How to choose the right model of BY-V Series wireless microphone?

    BY-V1/BY-V2 are for iOS devices with Lightning connector. BY-V10/BY-V20 are for Android mobile phones with USB-C connector(Includes iPhone 15 series).

    Mobile phones with a 3.5mm jack connector are not suitable for the BY-V wireless microphone.

  • BY-V10/V20 not working properly after connecting to an Android phone?

    Some brands of mobile phone models can not automatically identify the wireless microphone device, please turn on the OTG function in the settings, and then insert the receiver. The power indicator will show blue light.

  • How to download the App and what does it do?

    For iOS devices, search for BOYA Sound in the APP STORE.For Android,Search for BOYA Sound in the Google Play.

    The BOYA Sound App helps the recorder to adjust sound parameters and audio input.
