@plin.art: Usually I buy brushes separately, very selectively, to find the perfect tools for the job. But here, in one set, are exactly the shapes and sizes of brushes that are really convenient for me. They are soft, elastic and pick up paint perfectly. In this work, I mainly used Filbert - they are perfect for painting cumulus clouds. Soft transitions, smooth strokes, and volume appears literally before your eyes!

Bonus points for including a palette knife, which is basically the Swiss Army knife of artists. I wasn’t ready for how good these brushes would be. We’re talking soft bristles that glide like butter on a warm pancake that’s too good to be eaten. a range of sizes that could tackle anything from the tiniest eyelash to the boldest background

@veryberrydraws: The bristles hold together so well, and the shape stays the same even when loaded with paint. That's an issue I usually have with cheap brushes - as soon as you load up oil paint on them they splay a bit and/or feel too thick.

Not these babies though - they had a nice snap back, and I was able to use the edge for details. All in all, I'm pretty pleased and for their price point they're honestly unbeatable!
