HDMI Issues Troubleshoot 1). Use the HDMI port(s) of dock with your laptop on Clamshell Mode, please pre-set laptop don't sleep automatically. 2). Please connect a mouse to wake up the monitor when you set your laptop on Clamshell Mode. 3) Please connect a PD power adapter greater than 65W to the "USB C-PD" port on the dock; 4) Please connect your monitor to the HDMI port(s), NOT the USB-C ports, all of the USB-C ports don't support video output. 5) Model: BD216C CAN'T split screen on MacBooks and iPads.
Why the HDMI doesn't function? 1. Make sure your laptop equipped with a full function USB-C port; 2. Must connect the PD power adapter (greater than 65W) to power the docking ----Connect to the port of "USB C-PD" on the docking.
