Warm Tips:

1. All the features of the USB C docking station will work perfectly only if your laptop's USB-C port supports data transfer, power supply, and video output or DP alt mode. If the USB-C port supports only one of these features, the usb c dual HDMI dock supports only that feature.

2. For optimal 8K@30Hz resolution, use an 8K screen monitor and an HDMI 2.0 cable.

3. For 10Gbps transfer speeds, make sure your USB ports, cables, and connected devices support USB 3.1 Gen2 10Gb.

4. It is normal for the laptop Dock to heat up after a period of use, as the case heats up to spread the heat and protect the internal circuit board.

5. Connect the power supply when connecting the device to the monitor for streaming; please use the 100W PD charger to charge the laptop when connecting the external device. (PLEASE NOTE: POWER ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED).

6. The second converter transfe is not recommended. The second transfer will be affected by third-party products and limit the resolution so that it cannot be used to its fullest effect, and the compatibility issues of third-party products will also affect the function of the USB C dock.

• Why my Macbook laptop doesn't support extended mode?

  1. For MacOS: The external monitors' screens are the same regardless of whether they are in mirror or extended mode.

  2. For MacBook with an M1 chip only 1 display can be extended or mirrored due to the limitation of the M1 chip.

• Why this docking station output is not 8k or 4k displayed on my monitor?

  Please make sure your host laptop and monitor support 8K/4K display and DP 1.4 protocol with DSC, otherwise it won't reach 8K@30Hz/4K.

• What to do if the HDMI/DP monitor is not recognized by your laptop?

  1. Make sure your laptop's USB C port supports DisplayPort/Video Out.

  2. Check your HDMI/DP cable and monitor. (Plug the monitor directly into the laptop to see if it works).

  3. Ensure adequate power is supplied from the USB-C docking station.

• Why does the external monitor sometimes have noise or a black screen?

  1.The power of the power adapter used to connect to the external power supply is too low, lower than 65W.

  2. There are too many files running on the laptop, the load is too heavy, and the CPU temperature is too high, which may cause splash screen.

• What to do when the monitors won't wake up from sleep mode?

  Make sure your laptop's USB C port supports DisplayPort or video output, and check that your laptop's sleep mode is enabled (in this mode, the monitor sleeps when not working).
