Drill a Mortise Hole

FORSTNER BIT & DRILL NOT INCLUDED

Using the forstner bit (Not Included), drill a female hole into the log required based on your blueprint plan (Not Included).

Cut the Tenon

Our log tenon cutters Work Like a Giant Pencil Sharpener™. Using the tenon cutter provided in the kit and a 1/2", single-speed, high torque, low RPM drill, create a tenon on the end of a log quickly and easily.

Assemble

Take logs with the tenons on the end and assemble them with the logs with the mortise holes. It is that simple!

Threaded Shank

All tenon cutters feature a threaded shank that can be removed and replaced in the case of damage. This allows you to just replace the shank versus the entire tenon cutter.

High Carbon Steel Blades - Dual Blade Technology
