• 1.I connect the adapter to my macbook but the external monitors are same,why this happen?

  It is as expected.The mac OS supports sst only and does not support mst.The external monitors will show the same content.It is a limitation for mac OS.

• 2.Why my monitor could not be detected via the adapter?

  If the type-c port of your laptop support video output,please try the steps below.

  1.Try to change another hdmi cable

  2.Try to select the source input of the monitor manually

  3.lf you still meet some problem,please be free to contact our support team

• 3.The device gets hot in usage,it is normal？

  It is as expected,the device will get hot in usage and normally it will not affect the usage.If you meet any problem,please be free to ask us.

• 4.The monitor is blinking or could not work as expected, what can I do?

  Update BIOS, graphics & Thunderbolt 3 drivers/firmware;

  Set refresh rate to 30/60Hz;

  Avoid HDMI-VGA/DVI adapters

  Swap HDMI cable;

  Test device on another laptop.

• 5.If one of displays does not display, How to do?

  Right click desktop > Graphics Settings > Select One or More Active Displays.

This Dual HDMI USB C Adapter ONLY work with those devices that the USB Type C Port supports video output or DP Alt Mode

• 1.Please check if your laptop owns a USB Type-c or Thunderbolt 3 port and support DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
• 2.On Mac devices, ONLY support Mirror Mode, CAN NOT extend two different Screen due to Mac OS limitation.
