Coolant Purge and Fill Process
(1). Discharge residue coolant in the system as much as possible.
(2). The 3 ends of the T-type connector are respectively connected to the air compressor or vacuum pump (upper side), the drain hose (at the bottom) and the vacuum coolant refill tool (left side; which is required to install the radiator adapter sleeve at the bottom or not, and then insert into the radiator).
(3). Turn clockwise the golden rotary knob slightly to seal it. Open the on/off switch valve on the brass tube, and then turn on the air machine for vacuum when the pressure reaches -25~-20 inHg (-50~-60cmHg). Close the valve and air source after vacuum cleaning.vacuum coolant refill tool, and replace by the coolant filling hose, which needs to be completely immersed in a container of fresh coolant. Open the valve, and the coolant is sucked into the radiator.
(4). Disconnect the T-type connector from the vacuum coolant refill tool, and replace by the coolant filling hose, which needs to be completely immersed in a container of fresh coolant. Open the valve, and the coolant is sucked into the radiator.
Considerations
1. Be careful when opening the radiator cover as high-temperature coolant may spray out under pressure.
2. It is recommended to wear protective masks, gloves and goggles.
