Before putting on the ankle sleeve, ensure that the end marked with the word "UP" faces upwards, and align the opening with the back of the heel.

Step 2

First, wrap the strap around the foot from the left side, then pass through the sole from the right side.

Step 3

Then wrap the strap around the foot from the left side to the right ankle.

Step 4

Lastly, wrap the strap around the ankle from the back, and secure the hook & loop fastener onto the strap on the ankle.
