  • Can I wear the OpenFit Air with glasses together?

    No problem! Designed with a teardrop-shaped cross-section, the smaller top section allows you to wear glasses effortlessly with the OpenFit Air, and the larger lower part minimizes pressure for long listening sessions.

  • Is the charging case waterproof?

    IP54 water-resistance only applies to the earbuds, and charging case is not waterproof. Please do not submerge or expose the OpenFit Air to water for extended period. Please do not attempt to charge a wet OpenFit Air.

  • How many devices the OpenFit Air can pair to?

    OpenFit Air can be paired to 2 devices at the same time in MultiPoint Pairing mode, which is disabled by default and should be activated in the Shokz App. The headphones can memorize up to 5 devices.

  • What is DirectPitch Technology?

    Shokz DirectPitch technology uses reverse sound waves to optimize the distance and angle between the sound source and the human ear.This allows an Open-Ear listening and also has the advantage of reducing sound leakage and ensuring privacy.
