• Why is the fridge cooling slowly or taking a long time to chill drinks?

  When first used, the fridge needs to run empty for 2–3 hours to stabilize internal temperature. Avoid placing large amounts of room-temperature or hot items inside at once, and try not to open the door frequently during cooling.

• Why does the back or side of the fridge feel hot during use?

  It is normal for the back of the unit to feel warm or hot. The fridge releases heat during the cooling process. Please leave at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance around the unit to ensure proper ventilation.

• Is it normal for the fridge to be noisy during operation?

  Yes. The internal fan and cooling system may produce a low humming or buzzing sound, especially during intensive cooling. We recommend placing the fridge in a ventilated, non-sleeping area for minimal disruption.

• Why is there water pooling at the bottom of the fridge?

  Condensation may occur in high humidity environments, leading to small water buildup inside the unit. This is normal. Please wipe the interior regularly to keep it dry and prevent excessive moisture.

• What is the ideal environment for using this mini fridge?

  It is recommended to use it indoors with the ambient temperature kept at around 25°C. High temperature or high humidity environment will affect the refrigeration effect. Do not place the refrigerator in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
