Rear Weather Seals
The Rubber seals at the back of the housing assembly fit tightly around the protruding wires.
It may be necessary to slightly modify the holes in the rubber if the wire used is slightly larger than the precut holes.

Trailer Vision’s black rubber Anderson connector cover is designed for mobile motion applications and protects terminals from jolting and compression when towing over uneven ground. Tested and manufactured to Australian safety standards and harsh conditions.

How to Assemble the Anderson Connector Cover
Step 1
- To assemble, clamp wiring with the voltmeter and LED, positive - RED and negative - BLACK leads to screw connector contacts. Place connector into the bottom assembly.
- Place top cover over the bottom assembly and screws, together with the stainless screws and nuts.
- Slide cable gland weather seal over the main wiring and tighten gland nut to secure wire entry.
UV Rubber Cover
When not in use, place the rubber cover over the connector to protect from the dusts, dirts and other elements.
Locking Device
The locking device assembly is designed to prevent both connectors from separating & mates with cover assemblies.
The Anderson Connector assembly comes with all necessary components including:
