Blanket Care

We use and recommend pet stain remover MyPetPeed. It breaks down solids and extracts stains layer by layer.

By treating your blanket with a pet stain remover first, machine washing can be less frequent or avoided.

Washing Instructions:

  • STEP 1 - Machine wash in cold/cool water with ordinary laundry detergent. Repeat DRAIN and SPIN cycle to remove excess water retained in blanket.
  • STEP 2 - Tumble dry on low heat (or hang to dry).
  • NOTE: Do not tumble dry on high heat as this may damage the internal waterproof membrane. Never use bleach.
  • TIP: To keep your blanket looking like new, we suggest you hang it in a shady spot. Some customers partially dry their blankets in the dryer on cool, and then hang to finish drying completely.
