This is a must have for a person with a lot of different electronic pieces of equipment. The power adapter has a ton of different options including reversing the polarity so it should work with almost anything requiring up to 12V power and 1A of current. Each different adapter tip has 2 sides. Each side has a set of "o" and a " ) " symbols. The "o" symbol represents the inside of the tip. The " ) " symbol represents the outside edge of the tip. The inside female edge of each adapter tip will make contact with the pointy male tip of the unit you are powering. The inside tip "o" is positive on one side of each adapter tip, marked with a "+" next to it. The inside tip of the adapter is marked as negative on the other side where the "o" has a "-" next to it.

THIS IS KEY:

At the end of the power cord (the female end that receives each adapter tip), ONLY ONE SIDE HAS AN ARROW . To achieve the desired, inside "o" polarity, that side of the adapter tip must be inserted and matched up with the ARROWED SIDE of the chord female end.
