The Tim Mee Toy WW2 P-38 Lightning Fighter Planes are ready for any plastic army dogfight. These aircraft are proudly manufactured in the United States and offered as a 2 piece set. The airplanes are approximately 1:50 scale and measure 9.25 inches long with 12.25 inch wingspans and features propellers that spin. Made from slightly stiff od green color HDPE plastic with a medium amount detail and optional sticker sheet.

These are modeled after the 1939 WW2 Lockheed P-38 Lightning Fighter Plane. These toy versions were first produced around 1967 by Processed Plastic Co. (Tim Mee Toy's parent company at the time) and were modified in 1975 to simplify production and assembly. This is the first time these have been produced in many decades.
