 3. Widely Used: Please note that our sticky bra inserts should not be used as standalone bras. We recommend using our double-sided bra inserts with various regular bras, swimwear, bikini tops, dresses, strapless tops, casual wear.

How to use:
Step 1: Gently peel off the protective film of the Self-adhesive Bra Inserts Pads.
Step 2: Adhere the adhesive side of the Bra Inserts Pad to the inside of the bra.
Step 3: Press down several times to make it stick firmly.
