All of our Mudtools polymer pottery ribs are made of a unique flexible material that will not develop burrs or cracks under normal use. We’ve found that over time the rib becomes even more polished. Each polymer shape is available in a variety of hardness.
Shape 1 Polymer Ribs are our smallest Polymer Ribs and one of our best sellers. The Red Very Soft is excellent for finishing rims. The traditional kidney-shape of these potters ribs is the most universally recognized clay tool. These little ribs can get into tight places and are good for detail work.
