Align the Belt

Place the belt over your abdomen with the black strips facing outward. Pull the elastic bands as shown in the image.

Position Over Hernia

Attach the silicone pad inside the belt where your right hand would naturally rest. Ensure the raised bump on the pad is directly over the hernia to prevent discomfort and bulging.

Secure the Bands

Overlap the left band over the right (inner) side and fasten securely with the Velcro.

Final Adjustment

Make sure the firm pad compresses the hernia effectively. Re-tighten if needed. Once secure, you can wear your clothes over the belt.
