This runners log book is a perfect non dated weekly planner to set goals and keep focused. I created the book for myself when I wanted to set a plan to run my first marathon in April 2020 but it will work well for you at any stage of your running journey.
I have my online tools and watch to track all the technical results but I felt I needed something to help me with accountability so I created this plan. Scheduling in my runs and distance goals weekly by writing it down is really helping me stay on track with my busy schedule - I also now know that the hardest part of running is mindset so I have added some useful mindful questions in the weekly assessments which have helped me so much.
The 9 x 6 portable size book contains a double page spread for each week. One side is a 7 day weekly planner so you can plan each run, the other side you fill in the following questions:

Training week number (if applicable)
Race or event you are training for
Goal for the week
Weekly reflections:
What are you proud of:
What could you improve on?
What negative thought came up not the during a run that week?
What positive thing you can replace it with the next time it comes up.
The book has over 55 weeks of planning so you can train as long as you need and you can also train for multiple races. It will be a lovely memoir to look back on to show you how far you have come.
