• If no sound is heard after connecting a cell phone, go to Settings Developer Options, search for "Disable USB audio routing" and close this option. Or check if the audio output setting is mono audio. If yes, close the option.
• If there is no sound after connecting Latops and Macbook, go to Settings -- Sound -- Input (Output) -- Select a device for sound input (output), select USB.
• If there is still no sound after the correct device setting, unplug and reconnect the earbuds and make sure the USB-C port is fully inserted into your device and there is no dirt in the USB-C port.
• Noise may occur if multiple applications are running on your phone at the same time. Please close applications that you are not using if this problem occurs.
• If the sound is not good or static after connecting, please check the sound effects or equalizer settings on your device or in the applications, please turn off the sound effects or initialize the equalizer.
