Milescraft 1226 Hinge Jig
SELF-CLAMPING DOOR HINGE AND LATCH JIG
Save time and remove the guess work when installing new doors into existing frames with the Milescraft HingeJig. This self-clamping jig comes with everything needed to rout hinge and latch mortises onto new doors. The self-clamping feature holds the HingeJig in place while routing without the use of screws or nails that can leave holes in a finished door.

Padded clamp design sets up quickly and prevents damage to doors caused by mounting screws or nails.
Latch Plates
Kit includes templates to rout common door latch mortises sized 1” x 2-1/4” , 1-1/8” x 2-1/4” , and 1-1/8” x 2-3/4”.
Adjustable Spacer
Routs hinge mortises for 2-1/2” to 4-1/2” hinges.
Backset Setting
Adjustable settings allow door hinge jig to be used on all standard size 1-3/8” and 1-3/4” thick doors.
Hinge Depth Setting
Set router bit depth with built-in depth setting gauge for 2.5" to 4.5" hinges.
Router Bit Included
12mm Router bit with Bearing and included storage for the bit in the jig.
