Connect Method:

• USB-C TO USB-C Connection:

If your laptop has a full-featured USB-C port (i.e. supports charging, data transfer, and video signal transfer), you can connect to the monitor via USB-C TO USB-C.

• USB-A + HDMI Connection:

If your laptop does not have a full-featured USB-C port or the USB-C port is in use, you can use a USB-A TO USB-C cable and an HDMI TO USB-C cable to connect to the monitor. Please note:

* When connecting the HDMI TO USB-C cable, be sure to connect the HDMI TO USB-C cable to the USB-C port labeled "HDMI" on the monitor.

* If you try the HDMI and USB-A connection method, make sure you connect USB-A first and HDMI second. If the screen displays "No signal", simply disconnect the HDMI cable and reconnect it.

Laptop Size:

This screen extender is designed for laptops with a 13" to 17" diagonal length and a 15.6" horizontal length.

* Please make sure that the width of the laptop is not more than 15.6". Otherwise, you will not be able to install this laptop screen extender.

A:

• If you are using a USB-C to USB-C connection, ensure that your laptop’s USB-C port supports both power and data transmission. Also, make sure to connect the USB-C cable to the correct ports on the Teamgee S1 Laptop Screen Extender (marked TYPE-C1 & TYPE-C2).
• If you are using an HDMI to USB-C cable + USB-A to USB-C cable setup, check the back of the screen extender and ensure that the HDMI to USB-C cable is inserted into the bottom HDMI-marked port (identified by a label). Additionally, connect the USB-A to USB-C cable between your laptop and the screen extender to provide power. Once connected, activate your laptop to initialize the display.
