These flavorful fish are caught during the peak of the season for plump, rose-colored anchovies. High in healthy omega-3 fatty acid, this anchovy paste is perfect for pizza and sandwiches, in sauces, chili, stews, salad dressings or as a spread on steaks and on any cooked vegetable when used toward the end of cooking.
