Sound Problem Solutions

  1. If there's no sound after connected with cellphones, go to Setting-Developer Options, find "Disable USB audio routing", close this option. Or check if the audio ouput setting is mono audio. If yes, close the option.
  2. If there's no sound after connected with latops and Macbook, go to Settings -- Sound -- Input(Output) -- Select a Device for Sound Input(Output), choose USB.
  3. If there's still no sound after proper device setting, unplug and re-plug the earbuds, make sure the usb c is plugged entirely in your device and there's no dirt in the usb c port.
  4. There might be static when your phone is running several apps at the same time. Please close applications that are not in use if this issue happens.
  5. If the sound is not good or static sound after connected, please check the sound effect or equalizer setting on your device or apps, please turn off the sound effects or initialize the equalizer.
  6. If there's no sound through the mic on iPhone 15, go to Setting -- Sound and Haptics -- Headphone Security -- Turn on "Reduce Audio Loudness". If it happens on Macbook and laptops, go to setting and choose "Micorphone" as audio input option.
