Features:
1.The design of the toe separator is to relieve foot pain, especially for conditions such as bunion, hammer toe, toe overlap, corns and plantar fasciitis. They gently separate their toes to reduce discomfort, pressure and promote blood circulation.
2. Start with 5 to 15 minutes and increase by 5 minutes each time until you can wear it comfortably for 30 minutes or longer. Give your foot muscles enough time to adapt to the stretch. If the pain gets worse, wear less and be careful when walking.
3. If the toe separator slips or falls off while sleeping at night, please put on socks. When wearing shoes, please pair them with casual shoes, sneakers or other shoes and use a slightly larger box.
4. Before wearing it, place it in warm water or put it in the refrigerator to chill for a more soothing effect. After wearing, gently hand wash with warm soapy water to avoid excessive stretching. Then air dry it and place it at room temperature.(The surface has white powder and is more prone to wear.)
