About charge issues:

This soap dispenser is a rechargeable one, with a built-in 800mAh battery, there's no need to replace the battery.

A full charge could last for about 2-3 months for family use.

Make sure to charge it for 2-3 hours till full charge. Indicators light up in red when charging and turn white after a full charge.

If the indicator doesn't light up, try to charge it with another cable.

After charging, please remove the charging cable, and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. It won't turn on by single click or multiple clicks!!!

You could use both foam soap and liquid soap with our soap dispenser.

  • Use foam soap directly or dilute liquid soap with 4 times water, you could get perfect foam.
  • Besides, you could use shampoo, face cleanser, and dish detergent, don't forget to dilute them with water, and do not use those detergents with solid particles, or they will block this soap dispenser.

DO& DO NOT:

DO take out the hand soap, refill the water and get water out about 10 times to avoid blockage caused by drying hand soap in the pipe if you are going to put it aside for a long time.

DO add warm water and pump water out a few times before each refill, regular cleaning will help to extend its working life.

DO NOT immerse the dispenser in water or rinse it, or it will short circuit.

DO NOT tilt the tank when installing or replacing hand soap.

DO NOT use hand soap or other soap that contains solid particles.

DO NOT invert the dispenser.

DO NOT block the foam outlet with your hand.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

1. It doesn't foam, I could see the indicator light up and hear the working sound, but no foam, what could I do?

----Please check the soap outlet and tube, and make sure nothing clogs them. Then fill the soap reservoir with water and wave your hand to get water out. It will test the soap passage and also help to clean the passage. If it doesn't work, please contact the seller.

2. When I move my hand to the sensor area, the indicator gets red and won't foam.

----Please clean the sensor, restart the dispenser, and try it again. Contact the seller if it doesn't work.

3. Indicator lights up and I can hear the noise as it works, but no foam.

----Here's a way to fix it:

(1. Get a squeezable bottle with a long beak like a clean condiment Squeeze Bottles, and add some water to it.

(2. Remove the filter at the end of the tube.

(3. Connect the bottle beak to the tube.

(4. Squeeze water into the tube, at the same time move your hand to the sensor area to get water out. You'd better have someone by your side that could help you to pump water out.Repeatedly pump water out until water flows as normal.
