The Paris u'Select pepper mills are characterised by a timeless design typical of the Peugeot brand and are made from certified PEFC wood. They have a steel grinder that comes with a 25 year guarantee. The grinder consisting of a double-row helical teeth first directs the peppercorns downwards into the mill, where they are precisely cut without being crushed and finally finely ground to fully develop their aroma. This grinder is also suitable for grinding pink berries (max. 15% mixed with pepper) and coriander seeds.
