Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate (WPI) is a high-protein filtered milk product containing very little fats, lactose or carbohydrates. Our high-quality WPI is sourced from New Zealand, where the dairy farming practices and pristine environment are unparalleled. Our whey undergoes less acidification and pasteurisation than others, resulting in a superior essential amino acid profile.

Non-GMO Soy Lecithin

We include a tiny amount of non-GMO soy lecithin in our whey protein blends - 0.1%. It is an emulsifier that’s needed for mixing, and it keeps the whey powder from bricking when mixed with liquid.

Our whey protein isolate comes directly from fresh grass-fed cow’s milk in New Zealand and is manufactured via a low-temperature ultrafiltration. This results in a pure protein source, virtually lactose-free, undenatured whey protein powder that is rich in essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). We blend organic wholefoods with each whey protein isolate powder, which provides delicious flavours as well as added nutritional benefits.

Recipes for Vanilla Bean WPI

Lemon and Mango Sorbet

  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 serving Vanilla Bean WPI or Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 200g frozen mango
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more mango if the smoothie is too runny, or more coconut milk if it's too thick to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Serve straight away in a bowl and if desired, top with your favourite toppings. We used crushed macadamias.

Vanilla Protein Porridge

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 cup water + 2 tbsp
  • 1 ½ cups nut milk
  • 2 serves Vanilla Bean WPI
  • 2 peaches or plums quartered
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • berries of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Protein Bars

  • 1 1/2 cups oat bran*
  • 1 cup Vanilla Bean WPI
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or pure maple syrup or honey)
  • Water, as needed
  1. Place the protein powder, oat bran, peanut butter and rice malt syrup into a food processor and process until you get a dough. You will need to add a little water to bring everything together – I usually add about 1/2 cup water.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper. Form the mixture into bar shapes with your hands and press onto the tray. Leave in the fridge to firm up.
  3. Store in the fridge and use within a week or freeze.
