An Adenosine Shampoo with Biotin & DHT Blockers

The DHT Blocking Shampoo regenerates the scalp conditions with natural ingredients that block DHT and stimulate the hair follicles to grow. Saw Palmetto and Ecklonia Cava Extracts block DHT, the root cause of hair loss. Adenosine stimulates hair growth by boosting ATP production while Biotin rejuvenates hair health for improved hair quality. Saw Palmetto Extract

An extract of a Saw Palmetto berries is known to block 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT. DHT is the molecule responsible for hair loss. By reducing the effects of DHT, hair loss is reduced. Saw Palmetto is one of the best natural DHT blockers.

Ecklonia Cava Extract

Ecklonia Cava is an edible brown seaweed harvested in the oceans around Jeju Island, South Korea. Rich in polyphenols, Ecklonia Cava is known for its antioxidant and soothing properties. A South Korean study revealed that Ecklonia Cava promotes the growth of dermal papilla cells by increasing the size, depth and length of hair follicles as well as inhibits decent level of 5-alpha-reductase activity. This makes Ecklonia Cava an excellent natural remedy that not only stimulates hair growth but also blocks off DHT to reduce hair loss.

Biotin

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth. Biotin is also an essential vitamin in supporting the normal function and growth of skin, hair, and nails. Biotin rejuvenates hair health for improved hair growth.

Adenosine

Topical Adenosine is a hair growth stimulant that effectively boosts adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production on the hair scalp. Adenosine helps hair growth by increasing blood flow to the scalp. Various clinical studies in both men and women with AGA show that daily application of topical adenosine leads to significantly higher hair density and an increase in proportion of thicker hairs.

What makes REGENSIFY haircare formulation special?

It is our belief that a good anti hair loss formulation should contain ingredients that stimulate hair growth (E.g. Redensyl, Adenosine etc) as well as ingredients that block DHT, the root cause of hair thinning (E.g. Saw Palmetto Extract, Ecklonia Cava Extract etc). Many of the existing hair care products in the market either have hair growth stimulating ingredients but no DHT Blockers or have hair growth stimulating ingredients but no DHT Blockers. At the same time, other possible hair loss reasons can also be due to ageing (E.g. Adenosine, Coenzyme Q10 etc), nutrient deficiency (E.g. Biotin) or scalp redness (E.g. Ecklonia Cava Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract etc), which REGENSIFY anti-hair loss products do address as well. Both Adenosine and Coenzyme Q10 are naturally occurring chemicals found in our body reputed to have anti-aging properties and responsible for the synthesis of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), the primary carrier of energy in cells.

In a study, the effect of Ecklonia Cava on scalp skin of patients with scalp scale was observed by evaluating hydration and redness after 4 weeks of daily treatment with a shampoo containing Ecklonia Cava extract. Ecklonia Cava Extract showed soothing effects on human scalp by increasing hydration and decreasing redness in a clinical trial and may be a good candidate for therapeutic applications designed to repair or protect hair scalp.
  5. In a study, it was shown that Ecklonia Cava inhibits decent level of 5 α-reductase activity, as well as stimulates the proliferation of derma papilla cells.
  6. In a study, it was found that lotion containing Centella Asiatica allowed a decrease in hair loss in the washing test and a increase in hair strength in the pull test.
