Basketball Playbook Designer for Coaches


As coaches, it's not uncommon to have 100's of pieces of scrap paper with hockey plays drawn all over them, representing our next 'genius' plays. However, this is generally and unorganised, confusing, and frustrating method of playmaking and as you come to realise - a poor approach. You will soon forget what each play means and how it was intended to be used, and have pieces of paper that are worth no more than the scrap paper they once were.

This book is designed to solve all of your playmaking worries, and has been designed specifically for Basketball playmakers and coaches. The book contains Space for not only your genius plays, but contains all essential information to describe and importantly remember how the play is supposed to be run. It was designed alongside basketball coaches, to include everything that is necessary, without any unnecessary fluff.

Each play is laid out over a 2 page spread, with adequate room for all essential information that many playbooks do not leave. Each spread contains the following:

  • Large, Full basketball court (DRAWN TO SCALE)
  • Play Name / Play Call
  • Offensive / Defensive play
  • Quick notes about the play
  • 2x Smaller diagram spaces for further details
  • Play detailed explanation
  • Detailed player description (11 Slots)
