How much do i pump up my football?

Sherrin balls will have a recommended inflation unit printed around their inflation valves. i.e. 69kPa, 45kPa or 30kPa. They are marked in kPa (kilopascal) and should never be exceeded.

  • 6.9 kPa = 1 pSi
