This Neotech Care back brace provides a maximum level of support with some pretty awesome features!:
1) It has detachable suspenders so you can use it simply as a back brace or get more support and posture correction with the shoulder holsters.
2) It has removable clips at the bottom (with hooks and loops fabric) to keep the brace tied to your pants. This has 2 advantages: A) it prevents the belt from rolling from side to side and sliding up on your back & B) it keeps you pants (trousers) in place so you don’t have to wear a belt, which for some people can put unwanted constant pressure on their basin/hips.
