Brand new in Coals 4 You branded packaging The coals we supply are manufactured to high standards. The products are made from highly thermally resistant fireproof fibres and ceramic dyes. They are also known for their realistic appearance, durability and excellent quality. You may see a similar item for a smaller quantity that could claim it is a cheap import and inferior quality, but we guarantee that the product we supply is manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and is considered by many to be the best in the industry. The coals are packed in a polyethylene bag and packed in a cardboard box. When you receive your coals, there may be black dust inside the packaging, this is normal. Approximate size of coals 60mm x 50mm x 50mm. This product is suitable for use with some decorative fuel effect gas fires. Before using this product, make sure it is compatible with your device manufacturer's recommendations. We do not sell coals, pebbles or logs for individual fires as each company usually has their own spare parts available. Our coals, pebbles and logs come directly from UK RCF manufacturers and are often exactly the product that would have been supplied with the fire. However, due to the fire manufacturers' warranty, they only recommend replacement parts purchased directly from themselves. The products offered are not designed for specific fires, although they are suitable for a variety of gas fires. Coals 4. You are not responsible for any loss of the warranty caused by their use. We do not accept responsibility for damage to the fire that may be caused by improper installation of our products.
