This comes from Pierre-Yves’ father-in-law, Jean-Marc Morey’s vineyard. Tiny grapes from ancient vines I am told. It is still in barrel, neither racked nor sulphured. It has the typical pale yellow colour with a slight lime tint. And so to the bouquet: what a wealth of fruit here, and it all tastes like perfect grapes, and has kept the natural acidity of the vintage.
