This maximises fruit character and ensures the retention of natural acidity in the grapes. Our 2016 Pinot Gris delivers a complex palate of stone fruit characters, creamy and well balanced by a crisp, clean finish. Fruit aromas of pear and white peach fruit complemented by white flower floral notes. Pair with light chicken dishes or a simple plate of antipasto.
