How to use

  1. Submerge the splint sheet in hot water at 60-70 ℃ for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once it's soft and pliable, put it back and dry with a soft cloth.
  3. Position the splint where needed, ensuring the correct angle. Keep in place for 3-5 minutes at room temperature.
  4. In 3 minutes, it should become rigid and fixed.
  5. Use fixing tape for reinforcement if needed.
  6. If shaping is unsuccessful, repeat submerging in water. After swelling reduces, reshape to avoid stretching.

Attention

  1. Avoid exposing the splint to water hotter than 80 ℃; store it at room temperature.
  2. Limit the splint's time in hot water to no more than 10 minutes.
  3. Do not remove the splint from hot water unless it's completely softened to preserve its effectiveness.
  4. Clean the product with neutral soap and cold water, steering clear of heat sources like microwave ovens. Temperatures exceeding 50℃ may deform the product.
  5. When worn, prohibit the use of a heat gun directly on the splint.
