Tempus Two Sparkling Rose Wine features with aromas and flavours are intensely fruit driven and the palate is structured with elegant tannins and a zesty acidity. Wines that are designed with immediate drinkability and charm the fruit was machine harvested from carefully selected parcels from various soil types and trellis systems to balance the style and flavour profile. Fermentation was carried out at a cool temperature for two weeks following which the wine was left on light lees until blended. Made from predominately chardonnay grapes with a touch of pinot noir to add colour and fresh berry flavours, this is a vibrant sparkling wine to perfectly complement any celebration. Palate a zesty and refreshing sparkling wine. Vibrant fruit flavours of strawberries and cherries provide a fruit sweetness which is well balanced by a refreshing green apple and citrus finish. A soft fine bubble completes the wine. Aroma delicious crushed strawberry and summer berry notes.
