Hana-no-Mai Abyss, whose taste changes greatly in a temperature change of 10°C, creates outstanding compatibility with dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. At low temperatures, the pleasant sourness and light bitterness bring out the sweetness of the ingredients and as the temperature rises, you can feel the umami of the rice and the citrus nuances give the dish a refreshing feeling. In order to enjoy the wine at various temperatures, we use a printed bottle that can be immersed in a wine cooler that is easy to control the temperature.
