The oils in the Anxiety Blend may assist in reducing states associated with anxiety. A balancing, serene blend for harmony and tranquillity. A blend created to generate emotional stability and promote unity and peace within any environment. Combining the pure essential oils of Lavender Oil, Rosewood, Bergamot Oil and Ylang Ylang Oil the Anxiety blend promotes a state of meditative reflection, calm and inner peace to recharge after an exhaustive day. HOW TO USE We recommend 3 singular essential oils to create a beautiful blend. When using singular oils a balanced blend would be;3 drops of Top Note, 2 drops of Middle Note and 1 drop of Base Note. The basic rule for blending is for every ml 12ml of any base product add 6drops of essential oil and for the face add 2-3 drops in 10ml of base. For use in an oil burner use 6 drops. Some suggestions of use are; bathing, compress, body cream or oil, face oil, foot soak, hair oil, hair rinse, inhalation, liquid soap, healing swap, shower gel, spritz, tissue inhalation, vaporisation.
